Some Catching Up....

What a busy few weeks.  The last couple before the kids go back to school always seem crazy.  

Anyway, there have been some creations in this time which I have not shared!

First up...

For the Scrap for Help Challenge Blog

the Challenge was to use String.

Not a difficult one at all....I love string!

and I love October Afternoon!

So heres how I made these wrapped circles, making them simple to manage.

I recently did a video for Shimmerz, using the sprays like watercolours.  They have a fantastic watercolour characteristic, if you are so inclined, and they 'shine' (no pun intended) on watercolour paper.

Helmar and Darkroom Door

Hi there
I have a project to share today for Helmar and  Dark Room Door.
 I totally enjoyed stamping the elements on this layout.  The stamps when stamped are fantastic.  I have the Steampunk set and I liked them just looking at them, but oh my....when they are stamped....they are fabulous.  So much detail!

It has crept up on me.
Holidays are wonderful.
TCR took a break and it was lovely.....but we are back up and running now!

#139 is up.
The second to last one for the year.

and the Sketch

Heres mine for this week!

Its a Digi with a difference this week.
I created the background with traditional scrapping supplies. (See the Shimmerz Post here.....)
Then Photographed it, and built my digital page on top!  Cool huh.....I can still get my hands dirty AND create a digi page!  Nice!

I used some digi goodies from my own Kit "Everyday Moments" (Journal circles, scallop border, butterfly, hello today label, ribbon banner)
and some from DHD 
Angie Hinksman "Isabel Kit" (Stitches, Paper clip, buttons, doiley)
Kate Teague "This Life" (decorative edged circle)

Oh and BTW....
